To confirm your booking, payment for your pitch is due 28 days before your arrival. Alternatively, you can choose to pay the full amount at the time of booking.

  For Mastercard and Visa payments, we will send you a secure payment link via text to complete your transaction.

Cancellation Policy​

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your booking, please inform us as soon as possible.

​

• Cancellation made 28 days or more before arrival: If you cancel at least 28 days prior to your arrival, we will make every effort to resell your pitch. If we are successful, we will issue a refund, minus a £4 administration fee to cover processing costs.

• Cancellation within 28 days of arrival: Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations made within 28 days of your arrival date.

 

We highly recommend taking out travel insurance to protect yourself against unexpected changes to your plans.

In the rare event that we must cancel your booking (due to circumstances beyond our control), we will provide a full refund.
